Spotlight on Myers Park Vegetable Garden
Discover a hidden gem in northern McKinney, Texas at the Myers Park and Event Center. The Collin County Master Gardeners maintain a vegetable garden that not only produces an abundance of fresh produce but also serves as a demonstration and research garden. Using EarthKind principles and custom-made row covers, the garden's volunteers work around 1,500 hours annually to maintain the garden and perform data collection for research purposes.
