We are an educational service organization of volunteers trained in horticulture,
landscaping, soil improvement, water conservation and many other subjects of importance
to Texas gardeners.
Here in Collin County - despite climatic extremes and challenging soils - gardening
is a highly popular pursuit. The secrets of working with this area's special
conditions are what Master Gardeners have spent long hours learning and sharing.

- Rejuvenate annuals for fall by lightly pruning
- Fertilize turf and beds
- Sow seeds of cool-weather vegetables and annuals
- Plant wildflowers
- Prep beds for spring bulbs as soon as possible.
- Watch & treat for black spot
- Divide spring flowering perennials
