Collin County Master Gardeners welcome inquiries about our program and the many services we offer the community.

• If you have a gardening question, click here to submit a question to our Help Desk or call one of the Extension Office phone numbers shown below. The Master Gardener Help Desk is not staffed 24 hours per day, however, so please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to research and respond to your inquiry.

• You are also welcome to visit the Collin County office of the Texas AgriLife Extension Service in McKinney, especially if you need to show us a sample of the pest or plant disease you wish to identify. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call ahead to be certain that a Master Gardener or the horticulture agent is available.

• If your organization would like to schedule a Master Gardener to speak or if you would like Collin County Master Gardeners to bring a display of horticulture materials to a special event you are planning, click here to contact us. We schedule these engagements weeks ahead, so please contact us as early as possible.
